The Organization sponsoring the event is responsible for communicating event details and terms/conditions of Thundering Waters to all participants.

Shotgun Tournaments
In the event that the confirmed number of participants is less than 120 players, Thundering Waters Golf Club reserves the right to add additional players and/or groups to this shotgun event to ensure a full field of 144 players. Any such players added will remain separate from the major event, will not participate in the full slate of event activities and will be required to pay the green fee rate to Thundering Waters Golf Club.

Payment Terms
The host agrees to pay the deposit as specified in the contract. Receipt of the deposit confirms the event registration. This deposit must be submitted upon confirmation of the event date to avoid reservation release. Thundering Waters reserves the right to cancel a reservation if payment terms are not met.

Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of the signed Event Contract, there shall be no right of cancellation for the sole purpose of holding the event at some other facility. Cancellation for this reason will result in a 100% charge for all projected green fees, meeting space rentals, food and beverage orders contracted and for all miscellaneous charges.

In the event that your organization must cancel for reasons other than above, the following will apply:

- Any and all deposits required and received per Event Contract are non-refundable should this agreement be cancelled for any reason. A request for event cancellation or a significant reduction in number of participants due to extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the event organizing committee must be presented, in writing, to the Director of Golf Operations.
- Your organization’s guaranteed number of participants can be reduced without penalty up 21 days prior to the event date  at which time a representative of Thundering Waters Golf Club will contact you to confirm the number of participants, to determine final event details and to establish event charges to be invoiced for payment.

The Thundering Waters event coordinator must be consulted regarding any signage to be displayed on the property by the event coordinator, the event sponsors or the event participants. Pace of Play
Thundering Waters player assistants have full authority to expect and maintain our pre-determined pace-of-play expectations. (4.5 hours). Failure of groups to maintain our pace-of-play could result in groups being asked to advance to the expected position on the golf course. For shotgun starts, be prepared to add 30 to 60 minutes to the regular pace-of-play. We recommend discussing ways to improve/maintain and acceptable pace-of-play with the TWGC event coordinator.

Inclement Weather
Tournaments will commence as scheduled unless the golf course superintendent determines the course to be unplayable.

Power Cart Waiver
The tournament coordinator agrees to hold Thundering Waters Golf Club free and harmless from any and all claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise through the golf groups’ use of a golf power cart. In addition, the tournament organizer represents that the golf group is familiar with the use of a power cart and can operate and control the same. The coordinator agrees to pay for all damages incurred during the groups’ golf event.
